1.     Launch Google Play Store.

2.   Search for VLC.

3.   Install VLC for Android.

4.   Tap the Menu icon.

5.    Open Directories.

6.   Locate the MP4 file and tap on it.

7.    Connect the mobile phone.

8.   Import your MP4 video files.
