Go to Phone
Settings

Open App
Manager

Find the particular app getting this error

For example if it is Google Playstore, open the app
5.
You can then locate and uninstall the updates
If it doesn’t work we proceed to the second option
6.
Open the app again and this time round;

Click on Storage
8.
Then click on Clear Cache
9.
After that Click on Clear data
Note: All
app data, including files, settings, accounts, databases, and cache will be
permanently deleted.
10.Tap
ok
to continue
You can now be able to use this app

If still having issues then,

Go to manage
apps

Tap on the three
dots on the top right corner

Then Select Reset
app preferences
This will reset all preferences
for:

Disabled apps
·
Disabled app notifications
·
Default apps
·
Background data restrictions for apps
You
will not lose any app data.
