Steps
to register for the service
By using an M-PESA line, the client will need to:
1.
Dial *334# then select My Account then Select
M-PESA Statement
2.
Select Register for Email Statement
3.
Accept the terms and conditions
4.
Enter your email address and use your M-PESA PIN
to confirm your request.
5.
You will receive a confirmation SMS
that the registration request has been received, and is being processed.
Steps to get M-PESA Statements
Customers can see their M-PESA
statements after registering by following the simple steps below:
1.
From your M-PESA registered number, dial *334#.
2.
Choose "My
Account" (option 7).
3.
Choose M-PESA
Statement, (option 3), and then specify whether you want a full or mini
statement.
4.
Your M-PESA statement and a notification will be
delivered to you via email and SMS, respectively.
