Steps

1.     Open the Telegram app.

2.     Go to the search bar on the top and search for Safaricom Zuri.

3.     Then click on the channel with the bot.

4.     It will display the Main Menu or you can type "Main Menu" and press enter.

5.     Next several options will be given to you.., e.g 

• Manage Subscriptions
• M-PESA Help and Reversal
• Usage Statement
• Get PUK
• Brain Teaser
• Safaricom Home
• Select the option of M-PESA Help and Reversal

     6.     Press the Reverse button

     7.     It will ask you to Type the M-Pesa Transaction code or copy-paste the entire M-Pesa SMS.

     8.     After you Enter the code e.g QAP6M9XXXX

     9.     Then Please enter or select the number you would like to use - You Enter the Safaricom number.

    10. Zuri will send a prompt for your M-Pesa pin to your number.

    11. Then you get the reply "Request received. you will receive an SMS on your handset in regards to the reversal status"
