Steps to place an order on Jumia
- Go to Google.com and Type Jumia
- It will open the website Jumia.co.ke
Items on Jumia
· The Items are listed with categories e.g Global Store, Jumia Mall, Phones
& Tablets, Electronics, Computing, Home
& Office, Grocery, Baby
Products, Fashion, Jumia One, Other Categories.
· There is also a Search box on the top to search
for products that you are looking for.
· Click on the item you want to order
· Then press the button ADD TO CART
· It will then present two options, Whether you
would like to continue shopping or view cart and
checkout
· You can Proceed by choosing View Cart
and Checkout
· It will take you to the next step. Click Proceed
To Checkout
· Jumia will ask for your physical address in order to calculate the total
required and also to know where to deliver the goods. i.e. Pickup
Station or Delivery to your home or office.
· It will also indicate the appropriate date on
which they expect to have delivered the goods.
· Then it adds up the total amount + shipping Fee
and VAT.
· Then confirm your order. When you press Send it
will prompt for a pin from your mobile phone
· Your order will then be placed after the money
has been Sent.
· You will also receive an email when your order
has been confirmed.
· Then you will be able to track your order from
the warehouse to delivery.
