Telkom Kenya has made it even easier to top-up via M Pesa than having to go through long processes of having to enter a pay bill number. The move has made it flawless to fill up credit from M-PESA to Telkom Mobile in very little time.

The good part is you can top up by dialing the USSD directly From your phone or use the Telkom web user interface on your computer. All ways work very well. For instance, using the computer interface you will first of all need to select the USSD Tab.

Here is the procedure :

Steps

        1.    Dial *544#

    2.    Select option 1. Top up via M-Pesa

        3.    Then Select whether its Your Numer or your friend's number 

        4.    Next, Enter the Airtime Amount

       5.    Enter M-Pesa number (the number buying the airtime from M-Pesa)

   

      6.    A prompt for Pin will be sent to the M-Pesa Number.

      7.    You input the pin and will be good to go. Telkom number will receive the credit top-up
