First, in accordance with the fundamental rule for operating
any electronic device, the device must be switched off for one minute before
being turned back on.
If it doesn't work, open the settings on your phone. You can
then choose the faulty application from the Application Manager.
After that, you must clear both the cache and the data. Theoretically, this
approach ought to address the problem described.
The last resort in the fight against recurrent error may be
to wipe all data from your phone and perform a factory reset; although we will
lose all data, settings, and programs, the smartphone will then be "brand
new."
1) Go to settings
2)
Then select Apps
3)
Select application
settings
4)
You then Go to the app that is causing the problem
5)
Scroll down the app list till you find the app
you are looking for.
6)
In our case it is the phone master
7)
Tap to
open the phone master
8)
Clear
cache and Clear Storage
on the phone master application
Note: In Clear
storage option the app’s data
will be permanently deleted, and other app data.
9)
You will then stop having the persistent problem
of an app has stopped working.
10)
You can now restart
your phone.
