Open Google
Playstore

Then in the search box search for “android system web view”

Tap on Android
System WebView. (It may be already installed)

Tap on
uninstall and reboot your phone

1.
Go to phone
setting
2.
Search for apps
or app manager
3.
Open all
apps or manage apps
4.
Find the particular app causing problems from
the app list
5.
Open
the app
6.
Open Storage
7.
Here tap on Clear
Cache and try opening your app
8.
If the problem persists open the app and storage
again and clear the data
Note: All
app data, including files, settings, accounts, databases, and cache will be
permanently deleted.

Tap on Ok
to clear data
Then try to open your app.
Alternatively
If still having issues then,
1.
Go to manage
apps
2.
Tap on the three
dots on the top right corner
3.
Then Select Reset
app preferences
This will reset all preferences
for:

Disabled apps
·
Disabled app notifications
·
Default apps
·
Background data restrictions for apps
You will not lose any app data.

Tap the Reset
apps button
