Steps to Change TikTok username

        1)    Open the TikTok app on your Android, iPhone, or iPad. Your TikTok home screen will appear.

        2)   At the bottom right of the screen, click the "Profile" icon. You'll be taken to the menu on your TikTok account.

        3)   Select "Edit Profile." It displays the Edit Profile screen.

        4)  Find the Username field, and then tap your current TikTok username. The Username screen is shown.

        5)   Tap your existing TikTok username to make it editable, and then enter your new TikTok username. You'll see a green check mark next to it if the username you entered is available.

        6)  Tap "Save" after entering your new username. A “Set Your Username?” window pops up informing you that you can only change your username once every 30 days.

        7)   Tap "Set Username" to finalize changing your TikTok username. You'll be taken back to the Edit Profile screen where you'll now see your new TikTok username in the username field. The change will be effective immediately.
